PREFERENCE FOR THE VARIOUS STORAGE AREAS IS GIVEN TO SERENE LAKES RESIDENTS IN THE AREAS BOUNDED BY THE STORAGE SITE (SEE MAP WITH DESIGNATED AREAS BELOW).

SEASONAL STORAGE
Seasonal storage is only at Lot 1, Bales and Swiss Court (Sailboats and Paddleboats only; Otherwise short term storage). Lot 1 is for SLPOA members only, free of charge and limited to 2 boats from each property. Bales and Swiss Court seasonal storage will be $25 for SLPOA members and $50 for non-SLPOA members. Seasonal storage is limited to 1 boat per property for Bales and Swiss Court.

SHORT-TERM STORAGE
Short-term storage is limited to 3 consecutive days at an access point. An unlimited number of stickers will be issued but only the designated number of boats can be stored at short-term sites on a first come, first served basis. Short-term storage is restricted by areas (see map below):

 The fee is $10 for SLPOA memeber and $20 for non-SLPOA members.
