Details about the concert:

Date:  22nd September 2018 (Saturday)
Time: 8PM - 10PM
Venue: Grand Hall, Block A, Taylor's Lakeside Campus
Dress code: Smart casual


Terms and Conditions:

1.) Strictly ONE (1) name per form.
2.) Tickets are non-refundable after payment has been made.
3.) Payment can be made in cash or online bank in only, within 3 days after booking.
For online bank transfer ONLY:
Payment shall be made online, fund transferring to our treasurer:
Chiang Yu Fan, Public Bank, 6-4094828-16.
An email will be sent to confirm the payment after the acknowledge and proof of the online receipt is sent to:

4.) Physical ticket can be collected by showing your BOOKING ID and email address at our sales booth during the time period of:
    >3rd - 7th of September (in front of Student Life Center, SLC)
    >10th - 15th of September (in front of Student Life Center, SLC)
    >22nd of September (Concert Day).
5.) Your personal information will be held strictly and be used for validation purposes only.
6.) The concert committee reserves to right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
7.) Out of consideration for both audience and artists, children under the age of 3  are not allowed in the concert hall
