The data obtained from this portal is entered and stored within the company’s information and communications system and will only be accessed by authorized ORCA personnel. Furthermore, the information collected and stored in the portal shall only be used for the following purposes:
1. Processing and reporting of documents in relation to the application for a business package for a Drinking Water Refilling Station; and  
2. Announcements, promotions and other activities being offered and/or organized by ORCA and its partners.

ORCA shall not disclose any personal information collected herein without their consent and shall retain this information over a period of one (1) year for the sales and marketing activities of the company.

I have read ORCA’s Data Privacy Statement and express my consent for ORCA Applied Eng’g Solutions Corp. to collect, record, organize, update or modify, retrieve, consult, use, consolidate, block, erase or destruct my personal data as part of my information.

Further, I agree that I shall not take any picture or keep any record in the form of a photograph or video of the materials contained in the online presentation that shall be used for this online meeting. I hereby agree that all information shall not be used or disclosed unless, otherwise, approved by ORCA.

I hereby affirm my right to be informed, object to processing, access and rectify, suspend or withdraw my personal data, and be indemnified in case of damages pursuant to the provisions of the Republic Act No. 10173 of the Philippines, Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its corresponding Implementing Rules and Regulations.
