Charitable Donation Request Form - Cheeca Lodge & Spa
In-kind donation requests must be received at least six weeks in advance of event date. To submit a request, please complete the form below.

Please kindly review our donation guidelines before you submit the request:

1) The organization requesting a donation must be a 501(c)*

2) We are currently focusing our giving efforts on local causes in the Florida Keys community in which we live and work (South of Miami, FL and North of Marathon, FL)

3) Donations made one year do not predicate an annual commitment.

4) Please allow a four (4) week response time for your donation request.

5) We apologize that we are not able to consider requests from political or religious organizations or affiliations.

*You are required to submit proof of 501(c)(3) status to be eligible
