The program includes: Intro to Organic Gardening, Soil Chemistry, Cultivation of Soil, Germination of Seeds, Garden and Crop Maintenance, Harvesting, Plant-based Cuisine and Nutrition and Introduction to Agro-entrepreneurship at $100 for the entire semester.
