Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Grow It, Move It, Play It, Eat It
HealthTeam Advantage announces the Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body | 2023 Series

At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can adopt to help maintain or even potentially improve our  health. These habits may also help to keep our brains healthy as we age and possibly delay the onset  of cognitive decline.

The programs will be offered in person in January, February, March and April at the JR Kernodle Senior Center, 1535 S Mebane St, Burlington, NC 27215. All programs will be from 11AM - 12:30 PM.

Based on the Alzheimer's Association's program Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body each program will include expert speakers, an interactive presentation, and time for discussion.
